Stateline Landscaping, LLC offers its lawn care (mowing, fertilizing) for residential & commercial properties in Ridgefield, CT. Our crew carries a few size mowers to get the right size machine on your property. We currently handle very small simple properties, as well as expansive lawns & grounds. Our fleet of equipment is modern and maintained on a daily basis (sharp blades keep turf looking great!). We monitor our cutting height with weather to keep your lawn green in dry spells too. Each property is mowed, trimmed and then walkways & driveways are blown-off before we leave.
Mowing Tips
Here are some tips from the pro's (we do this too!)
- Keep Blades Sharp
- Clean the underside of the deck frequently
- Rotate Cutting Patterns
- Take no more than 1/2 the blade height off at once.
- Keep Cutting height between 2.5-3.5" depending on time of year/conditions
Mowing Make-up Policy
We try to stay on a weekly schedule. If rain is forecast we may mow your lawn a day or two early.
If we miss your lawn due to a rain out, we will make it up as soon as possible (Saturday or Monday). Often times we will cut higher than normal.
We will go back to a normal mowing schedule ASAP. In some cases the lawn may be mowed Monday and again on Friday, this is to get lawns back down to their normal cutting height. We cannot let the lawn go for 11 days as it will be too dense to properly cut the next time without significant increase in labor time (and cost to you).
