At this time Cash and Check's are all we accept. In the near future we plan to accept Credit Card payments
All bills (except projects) are sent out with Net-15 payment terms.
1.5% per month late fees will be added to late invoices.

Projects:
All projects with a total value over $500 require a minimum of 50% deposit.
Large projects may/will be broken down into phases and payments.
Full payment is expected within 7 days of completion.
Late fee's of 1.5% per month will be added to late invoices.
Photographs may be taken for record-keeping purposes, and may also be used in portfolios
Job Site signs will remain for 10 days after project completion unless previously arranged.

Weather:
While we offer our lawn services on a weekly service. It is sometimes not adviseable to go out and operate after a large rainstorm. Doing so will cause compaction, ultimately hurting your lawn in the long run. Some properties dry faster than others, we will complete the schedule in the normal route.
